It is recommended that the average adult have 30 minutes per day for a minimum of 150 minutes per week of physical activity. Exercise is so important, even if only a few minutes per day. "Americans are spending more and more of their waking hours at work, so that can mean that it is possible that they are not getting enough physical exercise to maintain healthy lifestyles. You should raise your self-awareness and educate yourself about your health, trying to uncover potential health risks before they become medical concerns.
